หลักการและแนวความคิด
5S หรือ 5ส เป็นวิธีปฏิบัติหน้าที่ประจำวันที่ได้รับการรวบรวมขึ้นจากการทำงานในโรงงานโดยบริษัทโตโยต้า และเป็นส่วนที่เรียกได้ว่าเป็นรากฐานสำคัญที่สุดของระบบการผลิตแบบโตโยต้าหรือ TPS ซึ่งระบบการผลิตแบบ TPS ได้รับการต่อยอดออกไปเป็น TQM (Total Quality Management), 7 Wastes elimination, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), LEAN Manufacturing และอีกมากมาย ดังนั้นความเข้าใจหลักการพื้นฐานของ 5ส และเข้าใจวิธีการปฏิบัติอย่างจริงจัง จึงเป็นรากฐานสำคัญในการลดต้นทุน เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน และลดความเสี่ยงที่อาจเกิดขึ้นในการปฏิบัติงานในโรงงานได้
5S is an accepted daily operation methodology, first compiled from working habit in Toyota’s factories, it is said that 5S is the most crucial activity under the Toyota Production System or TPS, which is developed to TQM (Total Quality Management), 7 Wastes elimination, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), LEAN Manufacturing, and so on. Therefore, understanding the base concept and operating methods of 5S seriously is the fundamental knowledge for cost reduction, work efficacy increasing and working risk reduction in manufacturing area.

เพื่อสร้างจิตสำนึกและการหาวิธีการปลูกฝัง 5ส. ในการทำงาน

เพื่อให้ผู้เข้าอบรมเรียนรู้เทคนิคการพัฒนา 5ส ให้กับการปฏิบัติงาน
