หลักการและเหตุผล
ความรู้ด้านดิจิทัล (Digital Literacy) หมายถึงความสามารถในการค้นหา ประเมิน ใช้ และสร้างข้อมูลโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล ในโลกที่ขับเคลื่อนด้วยเทคโนโลยีในปัจจุบัน ความรู้ด้านดิจิทัลเป็นสิ่งสำคัญสำหรับการสื่อสารที่มีประสิทธิภาพ การคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณ และการมีส่วนร่วมในด้านต่างๆ ของสังคมยุคใหม่
